I take all the boxes of cards from all the trivial pursuit games we have and I leave them out on a side table. While pies and game boards and die are fussy, the mere action of pulling a card from its box on a whim is not.
Add to this selection now the Young Players’ Edition. I find them on ebay and pay too much, then mostly discover the same versions for $2.99 at Value Village.
The 1980s edition brings back sweet memories.
Earth Hour fell on my son’s birthday. He had a friend over for a sleepover so after dinner and a movie, right at 8:30, all lights were off, candles were lit and we played Uno.
Problem with old eyes and Uno is, the blue and the green are virtually indistinguishable from each other. My husband and I looked liked aging old folk, trying to see the colours each time a card was played.
My daughter insisted it was Earth Hour+, so we play until 9:45.
